Damn that delicious beer!!
Everything was going just fine and dandy with my caloric intake goals until I decided to meet Vince down on the Commons for a couple of beers. Two Cascazilla Reds from Ithaca Brewing Co, and I went 117 calories over my daily allowance. Did I mention that I lack discipline?
Well, now for the good news. I had a great day of hiking through Buttermilk Falls State Park and biking around the city of Ithaca, my new handlebars came in for Stormtrooper, and I ordered a new stem for the hybrid. All in all, an awesome day.
